The Training room

 

(For climbers aged 16+ only)

 

The Reach training room has all the elements to develop core strength, power and endurance. Equipped with systems board, 42 degree wall, campus rungs, campus beam, finger boards, pull up balls and circuits, for you to develop your own training circuits, and strength building routines to improve your climbing.

 

Using the training room successfully needs either experience or some coaching. If you have never used a training room before we recommend that you book a place on our one-hour training room introduction session - see the Courses page for more details.

 

Designed and built by Karma Climbing, the boys have put together a range of routines and circuits for you to build on. See the posters in the Training Room.

Climbing tips and tricks can come from the most unlikely of places, and sometimes it's hard to distinguish the good from the down-right crazy.
