Using our Auto-Belays is an incredible way of working out and developing your climbing technique. And the best thing about it is that you can do it all by yourself! Using the auto belay device eliminates the need for a friend to belay at the other end of the rope.
Bouldering only members can use Auto Belays after a quick safety induction.
We have more Auto-Belays than most London walls, so you’ll always find space to have a go at a new section of wall. As with the rest of our walls, the Auto Belays have constant route setting changes. So if you plan on visiting often, we’ll always make sure nothing ever gets boring!!

The auto belay device is secured to the top of the wall, with a webbing tape coming down with a karabiner on the end you clip the karabiner onto your harness before you climb, the tape retracts automatically into the auto belay device. When you want to descend, or if you fall, the auto belay will lower you safely to the floor.
Bouldering only members will be given a short safety induction, after which you can use the auto belays without supervision.
Not having your own equipment isn't a problem. We have everything you will need to enjoy your climbing session.
Most lockers are operated with a £1 coin (which you get back at the end). Keys for the larger lockers are available from reception - we take your car or house key as a deposit. You will be charged for lost keys.
